OUR PEOPLE

Whenever we ask our clients or business partners to tell us what they think it is that sets Suntiva apart, the initial response is nearly always the same: “Your people.” Specifically, we hear that our people really care about the client and take great pride in delivering meaningful, lasting business outcomes. Of course, nearly every consulting firm claims that their people are “the best.” So how does Suntiva back this up? First and foremost, our numerous doctoral-level psychologists are our “secret weapon” in hiring, retaining, and growing our staff. In fact, we have averaged less than one employee resignation per year over the history of the firm.  We are proud of the environment we’ve built, and the type of people we attract and retain to make this possible.
