In today’s business environment, government agencies must find ways to do more with less – both in terms of fewer overall resources, as well as fewer seasoned executives and less leadership “depth.” Although millions are spent every day on technology and business process improvement initiatives to reinvent and modernize critical areas of government, savvy executives know that it’s the alignment and commitment of leadership (or lack thereof) that ultimately makes the difference. With hundreds of successful engagements in both the private and public sector, we understand and help apply industry best practices for executive leadership, strategy, and change initiatives. But, we also understand that the business of government is unique – and that government executives face some very different demands, challenges, and motivators than their Fortune 500 counterparts.
