Suntiva offers a multi-faceted employee wellness program, led by a dedicated Wellness Coach. The wellness team also sponsors regular wellness initiatives and competitions, which are linked to Suntiva’s charitable giving and community outreach programs.

Suntiva employees earn ten (10) paid holidays per year. We also have a Personal Leave policy that combines vacation and sick day programs into a single plan. Accrual rates vary based upon the years of service with Suntiva. Part-time employees also earn Personal Leave, based on the actual amount of time worked in each pay period.
Suntiva offers flexible work schedule whenever possible; work schedules for our consultants are developed in conjunction with our customers. Where applicable, we have the infrastructure to support teleworking and other flexible arrangements.
Career Development and Training
Suntiva offers a wide range of programs for the continuing development of our staff – from leadership development training to specific career and technical skill development programs. We also provide a tuition reimbursement program that is available to all employees.

Employee Assistance Program Plan & Emergency Travel Assistance Plan
Suntiva’s EAP plan provides assistance and services to all employees and their families for everyday work and life issues. Confidential counseling is available 24/365, for services including emotional well-being, legal, work pressure, aging parents, financial services, etc. In addition, a Global Travel Assistance Program is available 24 hours a day when traveling more than 100 miles from home and helps with lost luggage and emergency medical evacuations, along with other services.
Suntiva offers pet insurance as an employee benefit. There are three carrier options to choose from: PetPlan, ASPCA and VPI Pet Insurance.
