As federal agencies continue to implement the President ’s Management Agenda, they must find ways to do more with less – both in terms of fewer overall resources, as well as fewer seasoned executives and less leadership “depth.” Although millions are spent every day on technology and business process improvement initiatives to reinvent and modernize critical areas of government, savvy executives know that it’s the alignment and commitment of leadership (or lack thereof) that ultimately makes the difference. With years of experience in both the private and public sector, we understand and help apply industry best practices for executive leadership, strategy, and change initiatives. - Leadership development and organizational effectiveness services for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA);
- Executive and team coaching services for SES-level leaders in numerous Federal Agencies, including the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), National Institutes of Health (NIH), and Department of Energy (DOE).
- Acquisition management support and procurement automation expertise at federal agencies to include the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and Washington Headquarters Service (WHS), as well as for the Navy and Marine Corps.
- Acquisition oversight and compliance, where Suntiva consultants were selected to review and report on all contract, task order, purchase order, and purchase card transactions for the FEMA response to Hurricane Katrina.
