Suntiva Recognized as One of Washingtonian's Great Places to Work
Suntiva announced that the company was recognized by the Washingtonian magazine as one of the 50 Great Places to Work in the Washington, DC area. Suntiva was selected after a panel of editors and writers reviewed more than 200 company applications and 13,000 employee surveys. Suntiva was specifically recognized for its dedication to employee wellness, to include a full-time Wellness Coach on staff, as well as its various other benefit programs and corporate contributions to local charities. The winners were announced at an event at The Mayflower Renaissance Washington, DC Hotel on October 20, 2011. Suntiva and other finalists such as, the U.S. Department of State, The Motley Fool, LivingSocial, and Marriott International, are featured in the November issue of the Washingtonian magazine. Suntiva Selected as the 15th Fastest Growing Company By Washington Business Journal For 2011
Suntiva was recognized again as the 15th fastest-growing company in the greater Washington region by the Washington Business Journal. The ranking of each finalist was announced at the annual awards program on October 6th at The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner. Suntiva Makes Inc. 500/5000List For 4th Straight Year
Suntiva has been selected for the fourth consecutive year by Inc. Magazine on its annual list of the fastest growing private companies. The list represents the most comprehensive look at a critical segment of the economy—America’s independent entrepreneurs. The magazine’s exclusive ranking recognizes the privately held, for-profit companies in the United States based on their three-year revenue growth rates. According to the magazine, Suntiva and the other winning companies demonstrate the “gold standard of entrepreneurial success.” In 2011, Suntiva was recognized as the 828th fastest-growing private company in the US, the fourth consecutive year in the Top 1000 following rankings of 223 in 2010, 80 in 2009, and 170 in 2008. Suntiva was selected by SmartCEO Magazine for the Washington area’s Future 50 Company list for 2011. Now in its sixth year, the award program recognizes 50 local companies based on their revenue and employee growth over a three-year period. These companies, each of which earn in excess of $10 million in annual revenue, represent the future of the region’s economy and are exemplary leaders in business. Suntiva Named to Inc 500 List for Third Consecutive Year
Suntiva has been selected for the third consecutive year by INC Magazine for the annual list of 500 fastest growing private companies. This year’s selection places Suntiva in an exclusive group of only 17 companies that have achieved INC 500 status in each of the previous three years. Among the companies on the 2010 INC 500 list, Suntiva ranks 223rd with a growth rate of 1,333.5 percent. Suntiva was also recognized as the 4th fastest growing black-owned firm in the country, and Dr. Hany Malik, Suntiva’s Chairman and Founder, is featured on the INC 500 web site.
