Suntiva Awarded 3-Year Contract with Fairfax County, Virginia

FALLS CHURCH, VA, December 10, 2007 — Suntiva Executive Consulting, a trusted advisor to leaders in achieving their most critical business outcomes, announced today that it was awarded a three-year contract to provide Organization Development (OD) and Executive Coaching support to Fairfax County, Virginia.  The scope of services provided to Fairfax County includes organization assessment, strategy alignment, process optimization, human capital planning, team effectiveness, and individual executive coaching.  Fairfax County, with a population of over 1 million, is larger than seven U.S. states, and is managed by nearly 12,000 employees and an annual budget of more than $3.3 billion.
