Dr. Malik to Speak at ACT-IAC Voyagers Event
FALLS CHURCH, VA, June 13, 2008 — Suntiva Executive Consulting, a trusted advisor to leaders in achieving their most critical business outcomes, today announced that its Chairman & Founder, Dr. Hany Malik, will be speaking to the American Council for Technology (ACT) - Industry Advisory Council (IAC) Voyagers Program on the topic of the Future Workforce. Voyagers, a professional development program developed by ACT-IAC, is intended to bring federal government executives together with their information technology industry counterparts. The Future Workforce topic is intended to discuss ways for numerous generations – Baby Boomers, Generation X, and Generation Y – to better communicate and effectively build successful organizations. During his speech, Dr. Malik will describe his research and opinions on the “mindset” and specific actions necessary to help leaders from both industry and government build a higher performance culture that’s more inclusive across multiple generations.
Dr. Malik will be joining a panel of experts to include Tim Young, Deputy Administrator, Office of E-Government and Information Technology, OMB, Dr. Stan Boddie, Professor of Systems Management at U.S. National Defense University, Chris Strong, Warning Coordination Meteorologist, NOAA, and Eric Won, Information Technology Infrastructure Program Manager, GSA. The event is to be held on Wednesday, June 18, at the City Club of Washington in Washington, DC.
