Suntiva Wins $5.5M Contract with Department of Energy

FALLS CHURCH, VA, July 1, 2009 — Suntiva Executive Consulting, a trusted advisor to leaders in achieving their most critical business outcomes, announced today that it was awarded a multi-year contract with the Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Environmental Management (EM) in Washington, DC.  DOE-EM is responsible for the risk reduction and cleanup of the Nation's nuclear weapons program and government-sponsored nuclear energy research, one of the largest, most diverse, and technically complex environmental programs in the world.  Under the terms of the contract, Suntiva will provide DOE-EM with a broad range of acquisition-related services, to include review and analysis of acquisition policies, processes, and procedures, development of acquisition best practices, and support to on-going Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) for various program initiatives.  The Suntiva team, which includes Acquisition Solutions, Inc. of Arlington VA, was selected by DOE-EM in a competitive procurement.  The contract, with a ceiling value of over $5.5M, includes a base year and three option years.
