U.S. Navy Awards Suntiva IDIQ Contract in SeaPort E Program
Company to Compete for Wide Range of Support Services to Navy Systems Commands
FALLS CHURCH, VA, August 23, 2010…Suntiva, a trusted advisor to leaders in achieving their most critical business outcomes, announced today that the Company has received an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract from the U.S. Navy to support the various Navy Systems Commands through the SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) electronic procurement platform. These will include NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP as well as the Office of Naval Research, and the US Marine Corps. As one of the selected, approved contract holders, Suntiva can now compete for a diverse range of support services requisitioned by the procurement teams across the Navy’s critical sectors.
The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers for various task orders from Suntiva and from the other large and small businesses that have been admitted to the program by the Navy. Rolling admissions occurs as a means to allow innovative and respected companies such as Suntiva the opportunity to participate.
