Suntiva Named As 13th Fastest-Growing Company in DC Area By Washington Business Journal

The Suntiva ranking was announced at the annual banquet last evening at the Carnegie Institution for Science in Washington, D.C. The event celebrates the fifty companies with the highest percentage of revenue growth between 2007 and 2009, and includes 11 public firms, 39 privately held companies, and many other premier firms in the area including Human Genome Sciences, Rosetta Stone, Strayer Education, and Stanley Inc.
Each year, hundreds of local companies vie for a spot on this highly recognized list. As part of the nomination process, each company submits its revenue figures for the past three years. This financial data is then verified by members of the judging committee. "The companies that make this list are, by definition, among the most dynamic in our region," said Alex Orfinger, publisher of the Washington Business Journal. "Especially this year, they have beaten the odds imposed by the Great Recession, making membership on this elite list all the more impressive. These companies are showing all of us what qualities it takes to grow in challenging times."
