Acquisition Strategy Consulting— Suntiva has skilled practitioners with comprehensive experience in Federal acquisition and large program acquisition strategies. In addition, our expertise cuts across both government and industry, so that we are able to provide government leaders with unique insights – such as how industry “capture teams” will react to specific types of strategies, objectives, performance measures, or evaluation factors embedded in a particular acquisition plan.
