Suntiva helps organizations grow and leverage their most important asset, their human capital. Our Human Capital Consulting services enable organizations to determine their human capital vision and goals in support of the achievement of the overall business strategy. We partner with public and private sector organizations to develop and/or enhance processes to acquire, develop, reward, and retain high performing people with the right competencies to support current and future business objectives. And unlike more traditional approaches, we bring to bear our multi-dimensional expertise in business strategy, process design, leadership development, organization development, and doctoral-level psychology to build human capital solutions that positively impact the bottom line and achieve expected business outcomes.
Our Human Capital Consulting Services include four inter-related offerings:
Human Capital Strategy Development– Suntiva’s holistic approach to human capital strategy focuses on developing strategies that are directly in support of and aligned with the organization’s business strategy, culture, core business processes, and structure. As depicted in our Human Capital Alignment Model above, we apply our expertise in conducting organization assessments to review all aspects of an organization's existing human capital programs, processes, and infrastructure. We then work collaboratively with clients to develop customized and clearly understood Human Capital Strategies.
Suntiva applies our change management methodology to assist organizations in determining the most effective implementation approaches and also provide hands-on support during the implementation phase.
Executive Alignment and Governance – Our experience shows that a key enabler to the successful implementation of human capital strategies is the integration of human capital planning and management throughout the organization. We apply our organization development and doctoral-level psychology expertise to build buy-in and ownership via:
- Establishment of organization-wide human capital governance structures (e.g., Human Capital Councils)
- Assessment of executive alignment and ownership of the strategy
- Facilitation of governance meetings
- Monitoring organization-wide buy-in to the strategy.
Human Capital Process Design – A key component of the Human Capital Strategy is the design and/or optimization of human capital processes and programs to enable the achievement of the human capital vision and goals. Suntiva’s trained Human Capital Consultants are experts in designing human capital processes. Examples of hands-on services provided by our Consultants include:
