OUR ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY
Nearly all successful consulting engagements start with an assessment phase – where we look to understand the key issues, challenges, opportunities, and root cause drivers facing the organization. Suntiva’s organizational assessment model is based on best practices, research, and thousands of hours of hands-on experience in working with clients across multiple industries. But more importantly, our model helps us go beyond “process improvement” and “high performing teams” to help leaders achieve meaningful and lasting business outcomes.
Our methodology centers around a unique, multi-disciplinary approach that applies multiple areas of deep expertise to help identify, understand, address, and resolve specific business challenges. These areas of expertise include:
Organization Development (OD) - Suntiva consultants have certification and extensive hands-on experience in applying OD principles to achieve business outcomes (e.g., systemic analysis, building client ownership of results through continuous involvement and participation)
Management Psychology - Suntiva’s doctoral level management psychologists assist in understanding client dynamics and root cause drivers of human behavior, to facilitate communication and address the true barriers to achieving business goals.
Business Acumen - Our deep business domain expertise, to include federal acquisition and procurement, program management, human capital planning, and organizational performance, is also applied to the challenge at hand.
By bringing each of these perspectives to the table, we have a more complete “lens” that allows us to focus our knowledge in ways that deliver truly breakthrough insights and measurable business outcomes for our clients.
