ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE
Organization Design
Organization Design
Organizations can have pragmatic visions, well thought-out and logical strategies, and optimal business processes. However, if organizations are not designed to efficiently and effectively enable the processes and enhance individual and team performance, significant risk exists in failing to deliver on the organizational potential. Suntiva's most popular Organization Design services include the following:
Cultural Change— we use a range of clinically-validated tools and techniques to quantify the As-Is culture in an organization, and then to define a To-Be culture that best facilitates achievement of the long-term business strategy. From this assessment we can identify the cultural “gaps,” and develop programs and initiatives that align the culture and strategy.
Organization Structure Design and Implementation—
Our consultants review and assess the effectiveness of the As-Is organization structure and benchmark against best practices. We then develop and test potential To-Be structure options that ultimately optimize workflow and processes and enable the achievement of business strategy.
Team and Job Design and Implementation—
Our consultants apply OD and management psychology expertise in determining optimal team and job structures that align with strategy, organization structure, and business processes. In designing jobs, we also identify the critical competencies required for success. Click here for more information on our Human Capital services.
Organizational Transition— we have deep expertise in assisting organizations with large-scale change, particularly as related to major reorganizations, new start-ups, and/or changes in leadership. We work at the individual, team, and organizational levels to proactively manage and address critical success factors — allowing newly formed teams and new organizations to hit the ground running and accelerate their “time-to-performance.”
