IT Strategy, Optimization, and ITIL Consulting — we are experts in a wide range of IT disciplines, from the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 to various Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and knowledge management solutions.  With over 75 years of IT experience in the senior leadership team alone, we have an understanding of what makes large, complex IT programs go right and what makes them go wrong.  We help CIO organizations and Program Offices as a trusted advisor and liaison to define and optimize the effectiveness of critical IT initiatives, to determine the right ITIL processes and systems on which to focus, and to ensure that these programs stay on track and that the “human factors” that often derail complex programs of this type are addressed in ways that “stick” and contribute to program success.  Our IT domain expertise, combined with deep program management, acquisition, and procurement knowledge, allows us to participate and support Program Managers throughout the program life cycle.

Process Assessments and Optimization — we have performed a wide range of business process re-engineering (BPR) and process optimization engagements, starting with in-depth assessments and to include process re-design and change implementation.  Our tailored and proven assessment methodology includes a deep dive into the areas of people, process, and technology – ensuring that the root cause issues are identified and addressed in any subsequent re-design effort.  We have particular expertise in supporting CIO organizations, large IT programs, and federal procurement/contracting organizations that are looking for ways to streamline and/or improve performance.
