Meena Dudhagra


Meena is currently the Controller at Suntiva. She is a result-oriented accounting executive with a widely diversified expertise in financial reporting and analysis, cash management, payroll, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, regulations, compliance, system implementation, and training. Meena has an in-depth understanding of cost plus fixed fee (CPFF), time & materials (T&M), and firm fixed price (FFP) contracts, as well as preparation of incurred cost submissions.  She is well versed in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and United States Generally Accepted Accounting Standards (US GAAP).

Meena has hands-on management of all day-to-day accounting activities, completes month-end close process and full responsibility for general ledger. She manages accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and payroll functions, as well as monthly financial statement preparation. She is responsible for reporting to financial institutions and handling covenant compliance requirements. She performs month-end and year-end closing of books, including revenue recognition, balance-sheet reconciliations, financial statement preparation, general ledger, and journal entry preparation and review. Meena also manages provisional billing rate and labor rate development, performs analysis and financial management, including annual budget preparation, budget to actual analysis, cash management, backlog tracking, and sales and revenue forecasting.

Prior to Suntiva, Meena was an Accounting Manager at Navstar Inc. and Senior Accountant at Johnston McLamb.

Meena received her Bachelor of Account and Auditing degree and Masters of Accounting degree from Saurashtra University in India.
