Scot Stitely, Vice President of the Suntiva’s Defense and Intelligence Business Unit, champions technology adoption, workforce transformation and process improvement programs in support of the company’s Defense and Intelligence customers. He oversees the service delivery and growth of key Suntiva accounts such as the United States Army, the office of the Department of Defense Chief Information Officer (DoD CIO) and United States Special Operations Command (USSOCCOM), among many others. Scot has over 17 years of Federal Government technical consulting and leadership experience, with a specific focus on strategic IT planning and governance, emerging technology adoption and program and project management.
Scot possesses a blend of leadership, project and program management and technical skill that has enabled him to serve in a wide variety of capacities supporting our Defense and Intelligence clients. Scot is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional, ITIL certified, a certified Change Management Practitioner and has been recognized by multiple DoD agencies for his leadership and technical contributions to successful Government initiatives.
Prior to joining Suntiva, Scot served for many years as a leader, project manager and senior technical advisor on several high-profile DoD engagements. Scot is a proud University of Maryland – College Park graduate, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
