Scot Stitely is a Director and leads Defense Programs at Suntiva, responsible for the service delivery and growth of accounts such as the DoD CIO, U.S. Army and USSOCOM, among others. Scot has over 17 years of Federal Government technical consulting experience, with a specific focus on systems implementation, cloud strategy and adoption, change management, program and project management and strategic planning.
Scot possesses a blend of leadership, project management and technical skills that have enabled him to serve in a wide variety of capacities supporting Federal clients. Scot is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional, is ITIL v3f certified, a certified Change Management Practitioner and has been recognized by the DoD SPS Program Manager, the Army Contracting Command, and the Defense Procurement and Acquisition Policy Office for his work in support of Defense acquisition initiatives.
Prior to joining Suntiva, Scot was a Project Manager at Preferred Systems Solutions, Universal Consulting Services, CACI and AMS as well as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Scot earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Maryland – College Park.
