United States Special Operations Command

USSOCOM develops and employs fully capable Special Operations Forces to conduct global operations to support persistent, networked and distributed Combatant Command operations to protect and advance U.S. policies and objectives. Suntiva provides subject matter expertise in the development and optimization of contract writing systems in the secure DoD environment.

Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army

ODASA-P provides an agile and adaptive organization to produce innovative contracting solutions. Suntiva provides a robust portfolio of services spanning design, development, deployment and sustainment of the Army’s current and future contracting writing systems. We also provide subject matter expertise in ITIL, IT governance and security, federal acquisitions and data analytics.

Food & Drug Administration (FDA)

Suntiva has delivered over 15,000 individual and team coaching hours provided by ICF-certified coaches to over 1,500 FDA leaders. Suntiva also provides team and group coaching to FDA intact teams and groups to help them address emerging challenges with resilience and agility.

USDA Food & Nutrition Services

Suntiva provides industry subject matter experts and technical assistance to state agencies on the advance planning documents (APD), contracts, requests for proposals, funding requests and other relevant documents for the implementation of WIC management information systems and electronic benefit transfer projects.

NIH National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute

FDA Business Process Improvement

Suntiva supports The Center for Tobacco Products (CTP) Office of Science (OS) to prepare for thousands of applications for new products. Suntiva advised OS leaders on how to collaborate, brainstorm, and co-create a new vision/values, improve business processes, and increase team effectiveness to move the team into the future.
