Suntiva has delivered over 15,000 individual and team coaching hours provided by ICF-certified coaches to over 1,500 Food and Drug Administration leaders. Suntiva also provides team and group coaching to FDA intact teams and groups to help them address emerging challenges with resilience and agility.

Suntiva supports CTP Office of Science to prepare for thousands of applications for new tobacco products. Our support resulted in new business processes and leadership practices that enabled OS to increase its product application processing time without compromising scientific integrity.

National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI)

Suntiva has supported the NHLBI with transformation and change through leadership coaching, organizational development, team effectiveness, programs, human capital planning and training program management and support services. Suntiva also provided physical space layout and management services as the Institute moved to a hoteling model with more staff teleworking.

and Development

NIA leads a broad scientific effort to understand the nature of aging and to extend the healthy, active years of life. NIA is focused on strengthening its workforce and processes through executive coaching and training and development. Suntiva’s enables NIA to increase individual and organizational engagement as employees adapt to working in a full-time teleworking model.

Office of Research Services, Acquisition Process Assessment

The NIH ORS provides responsive support to the NIH research mission by planning, directing, and delivering scientific and regulatory activities, public safety, security, and services to the NIH community. Suntiva’s acquisition subject matter experts conducted a detailed data analysis of acquisition processes across ORS and provided recommendations to streamline acquisition support.

HHS - Administration for Children and Families

The OCIO supports their mission through the responsible execution and governance of all computer and information resource management within the ACF. Suntiva provides the OCIO strategic communications and training support services to improve technology adoption, capability, and workforce performance.

Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB)

Suntiva supports the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) in such areas as executive coaching for senior executives and managers, designing and facilitating customized team retreats, and facilitating the Leadership Excellence Series delivered to over 300 Executives, Managers, and Frontline Supervisors.

USDA Forest Service (FS)

USDA Forest Service (FS) mission is to sustain the health, diversity, and productivity of the Nation’s forests and grasslands to meet the needs of present and future generations. Suntiva provided a leadership training series to FS leaders on topics such as Managing Change and Transitions and Teambuilding for Teamwork Success.

SPIRIT User Group (SUG) – Code Assessments

Suntiva is a fair and objective advocate for the SUG providing clear, unbiased, and traceable analysis along with concise recommendations regarding architectural upgrades, system enhancements, and other technical areas important to maintaining SPIRIT functionality and to the ability to meet WIC mission requirements.

Common Securitization Solutions (CSS)

CSS operates the Common Securitization Platform, the largest, most advanced mortgage service in the world which supports the Uniform Mortgage-Backed Security of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Suntiva supports leadership development across CSS by providing a range of services to include executive coaching, leadership skills training, customized retreats, and teambuilding.

Website Development
& Hosting

USDA FNS contracted with Suntiva to develop, host and maintain the WIC Technology Partners website. Suntiva hosts the site and repository for procurement documentation, dissemination, and reuse by state agencies. We manage the process for state agencies to post RFP documents, generate notifications, and communicate bid opportunities within the vendor community.

Funding Process

Suntiva provides industry subject matter experts and technical assistance to state agencies on the advance planning documents (APD), contracts, requests for proposals, funding requests and other relevant documents for the implementation of WIC management information systems and electronic benefit transfer projects.

NATIONS 10 Indian Tribal Organizations (ITOs)

Suntiva provided independent services to ITOs of the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program. Suntiva provided continuous IV&V support throughout the project, embedding our team with the NATIONS project team to monitor project practices against plans and best practices to verify that the right work was performed.
