Leadership Development and Coaching

Suntiva has delivered over 15,000 individual and team coaching hours provided by ICF-certified coaches to over 1,500 Food and Drug Administration leaders. Suntiva also provides team and group coaching to FDA intact teams and groups to help them address emerging challenges with productivity, resilience and agility.


Business Process Improvement

Suntiva supported CTP Office of Science to prepare for thousands of applications for new tobacco products. Our support resulted in new business processes and leadership practices that enabled OS to increase its product application processing time without compromising scientific integrity.



Suntiva has supported the NHLBI with transformation through leadership coaching, organizational development, team effectiveness programs, human capital planning and training program management. Suntiva also provided physical space layout and management services as the Institute moved to a hoteling model with more staff teleworking.

Suntiva’s enables NIA to strengthen its workforce and increase individual and organizational engagement as employees adapt to working in a full-time teleworking model through executive coaching and training and development.


Acquisition Process Assessment

NIH ORS provides support to the NIH research mission by planning, directing, and delivering scientific and regulatory activities, public safety, security, and services to the NIH community. Suntiva’s acquisition subject matter experts conducted a detailed data analysis of acquisition processes and provided recommendations to streamline purchasing and acquisition support.



The OCIO supports their mission through the responsible execution and governance of all computer and information resource management within the ACF. Suntiva provides the OCIO strategic communications and training support services to improve technology adoption, capability, and workforce performance.



CFPB empowers consumers to make better informed financial decisions regarding products offered. Suntiva supports CFPB with senior executive and manager coaching, designing and facilitating customized team retreats, and facilitating the Leadership Excellence Series delivered to over 300 Executives, Managers, and Frontline Supervisors.

IV&V Support Services

Suntiva provided independent services to ITOs of the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program. Suntiva provided IV&V support throughout the project, working with the NATIONS project team to monitor practices and technical documentation against plans and best practices to verify that the right work was performed.

& Hosting

Suntiva supports USDA FNS by maintaining the WIC Technology Partners (WTP) website and repository for procurement documentation, dissemination, and reuse by state agencies. We manage the process for state agencies to post RFP documents, generate notifications, and communicate bid opportunities within the vendor community.

Suntiva provides industry subject matter experts and technical assistance to state agencies on the advance planning documents (APD), contracts, requests for proposals, funding requests and other relevant documents for the implementation of WIC management information systems and electronic benefit transfer projects.

Project Management
Support Services

Suntiva provides project management services to New Mexico ITO’s in support planning and implementation project for both a new Management Information System and Electronic Benefits Transfer system. Suntiva is responsible for delivering in all project phases for both Planning and Implementation.


WIC EBT Technical Standards Development
and Support

Suntiva provides day-to-day support to manage the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Technical Standards Workgroup (TSW), develop new documents, revise current documents, manage the change process for established documents, provide SA/ITO/Territory training and conference support, and support the review of APDs.
