Suntiva offers three options for medical insurance through CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, as well as two MetLife dental plans and a company paid vision plan.

Holiday & Personal Leave
Suntiva’s Personal Leave policy is among the best in the DC area. Full-time employees earn over four (4) weeks per year of personal leave. Full-time employees also receive nine (9) holidays and one (1) floating holiday per year.
Suntiva offers comprehensive Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) plans that provide coverage of two times (2x) annual salary for each up to a maximum policy limit. These benefits are provided at no cost to the employee. Optional, voluntary Supplemental Life and AD&D is available as well.
Tuition & Training
There is no limit to how great our minds can be. Suntiva employees receive tuition reimbursement for work-related certifications, training, conferences, and continuing education at an accredited institution. In addition, we provide up to 40 hours per year of paid time to continue expanding your expertise.
